If you’re anywhere near Spokane, WA, and care about horses, I hope you’ll stop by to meet me — free — at the Full Circle Equine Rehabilitation Center’s “Join Our Circle” open house on June 20!
Full Circle is a program designed to provide quality care and rehabilitation for horses in need while preparing them for placement in suitable homes. It also provides an opportunity for horse lovers to participate in the care and rehabilitation of horses.
The open house will be held at the Center, 5808 E Greenbluff Rd., Colbert, Wash., 99005, on Saturday, June 20, 2015, from 1-7 PM.
What’s on the schedule?
- I’ll be there to meet people and sign some of my books
- Musician Christy Lee will be performing from 4-6 PM
- Tack sale and a collectible sale to raise funds for the rehabilitation, care, and training of the horses in their program
- Sign-ups for new volunteers and sponsors for their horses
- Blue Moon Mending will be doing an Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) demonstration
